About me

approachable, empathetic

Before becoming an osteopath, I studied biopharmaceutical chemistry at Université de Montréal and trained in various martial arts, later teaching boxing and Muay Thai. The understanding of the human body’s biomechanics and physiology truly piqued my interest. The holistic point of view that osteopathy holds on anatomy is something that fascinated me. Trying to understand an issue from multiple vantage points and to address all the interconnected sub-systems was a harrowing, but also very meaningful and sensical way to find a solution.
In 2016, I dedicated myself wholeheartedly to the osteopathy program at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal and earned my IO designation in 2020, and DO designation in 2025.

What to expect

A session of osteopathy takes place during a 50 minute period, during which a few minutes at the beginning are allotted to a brief interview (5 to 10 for a follow-up, 15-20 for a first appointment). in order to gather information necessary to orient the treatment and establish your priorities. The bulk of the session consists of various tests and manual therapy techniques, and at the end a few recommendations and exercises might be offered. Please be aware that an osteopathy appointment does not replace a medical consultation and no diagnosis is given.
